Feel free to edit. This is simply an initial planning document to a potential DrupalCamp. Another option would be to have a Drupal Day where we each can "log in" web conference style, to work on projects or have a structured environment.

Gosh, should this be a web conference? We could feasibly do the whole thing via GoToMeeting.com or WebEx. Keep this in mind. Then we could just have a series of PARTIES or get-togethers island by island, listed via the website. Maybe have viewing stations and small groups on each island.
