I'm creating a site to sell tickets for attractions and am struggling to get to grips with the subproducts module.
Some attractions charge differently for the type of person the ticket is intended for, i.e. Adult, Child, Student.
Some attractions involve a coach journey with Single or Return tickets.
Other attractions have other variations.
I managed to get the site up and running but haven't worked out how to create the variations and assign them individually to an apparel product. For example:
A ticket to a museum has the Adult/Child variation
A ticket involving a coach journey has the Adult/Child variation and the Single/Return variation
I'm only able to have seprate variations in which case the customer has to select a value from each even if it isn't applicable or create one variation which contains all possible combinations, i.e. Adult Single, Child Return, etc. The second option will very quickly become unmanageable!
Is it possible to have different cominations of variations per product with the e-Commerce module? If not is there anyone who can help me customise the module for my needs?
I'd also like to be able to add more than one item to the cart from the product page, i.e. enter 3 and click Add to Basket and 3 items are added rather than one. Is this possible also?
