The St Louis Drupal Group currently have several absentee "Group organizers", myself included. Although group organizers don't have any significant responsibilities, they do have extra rights to mange and edit the group. I think it would best serve the group to have active participates fill this role. If this month's meeting has sufficient attendance to have a representative discussion on the matter, you may consider choosing a new set of organizers. Although I will not be attending this month's meetup, I would be happy to make your decision effective by submitting it to Drupal Groups.
Note the current group organizers:
- OddSim (me): Has not attended a meetup in about a year. Future participation will be limited, if any
- Mark EWERS: Periodically (regularly?) attends meetups. Haunts our forum
- westbywest: His attendance was rare as of a year ago. I'm sure about recent attendance and participation
- djw2: Has not lived in the St Louis area for some time now
