I posted this in jobs, so I will spare the re-hash of the description. I posted on behalf of someone because this is a critical role and she needed to get it filled soon.
To give everyone on the skinny on this: the client in question does NOT want to farm this Drupal work out to their marketing / ad agency because they would rather have direct oversight of their web/digital presence and assets.
