We are looking to create an Intranet site for a group of people who exchange their services in a range of fields by hours - not € or $.

For this we are intending to create a site with profiles for each member including the member's account, forums, groups, a section for Classified = what the members are offering and need, FAQ, etc. and very importantly the accounting of hours - providing on-line exchange.
We also have in mind creating a group of IT/web/etc. people providing the logistics for a wider net project to link up people and their activities. The idea behind this "IT group" is that the team grows and learns to do more and is ultimately able to offer their growing skills and experience in the commercial world as well and more effectively to also earn some € to pay for those things that cannot be swapped by the hour.
What would be good is to see who might be interested in joining in and all references & links to similar projects.
