I don't know about you, but I had a blast this past Saturday at our first ever TCD'OH! Starting off as a way to satisfy our craving for Drupal camaraderie between Twin Cities DrupalCamps and morphing into a new way to interact and inspire, I think it exceeded all of our expectations.
I know we'll want to do this again and make it better. To start the analysis process, I've written a blog post, Baking our cake and eating it too: an uncamp FTW, which I've posted to both the Advantage Labs site and the Drupal Planet feed. Please check it out and add your comments -- to the article and to this post. I'm excited to see where ideas like this lead our community.
And, let's publicly acknowledge those who brought TCD'OH! to fruition:
Thanks to our fearless leader, Tim Erickson, for conceiving of the idea, organizing it and co-facilitating the day's proceedings. Thanks to Advantage Labs for hosting at Intermedia Arts. Thanks to David Needham, Wilbur Ince, Drew Gorton and Jeremiah Davis for all the logistical and organizing help they provided from conception to cleanup. Thanks to Alyscia Needham for the awesomely beautiful and delicious Druplicon cake in honor of Keri Poeppe's birthday. Thanks, too, to the entire community, especially those who participated in this event, for being the most welcoming, innovative and engaged Drupal community there is.
