For the third time we are pleased to invite you to Wrocław for DrupalCamp conference. The enterprise is intended mostly for Polish community interested in Drupal platform – including programmers, students as well as entrepreneurs. The main reason for the organization of the event is the growing popularity of CMS Drupal in Poland. This can be seen on the publishing market where, in the previous year, 6 books about CMS Drupal were published. Besides, there are over one million websites all over the world based on Drupal platform. The conference is also a great place to exchange experiences and meet interesting people. What's more, after the conference, there will be a party for all attendees in one of the clubs in Wrocław.
During the three-day conference in Wrocław, some very well-known specialists will give lectures and answer your questions. Some of the greatest Drupal specialists have already announced their coming: Jeffrey McGuire (Acquia, Germany), Jakob Persson (Leancept, Switzerland), Rafał Enden (eeShore, Poland), Maciej Łukiański (Droptica, Poland), Sławek Szulczewski (Drupalomania, Poland), Grzegorz Bartman (Droptica, Poland) oraz Piotr Knapik (Schibsted Tech Polska, Poland). The list of the speakers is still open so we'll surely announce more interesting names by the end of April.
Every year more and more Drupal lovers are coming to the conference. Last time we welcomed about 150 attendants, including several dozens from different European countries. The popularity of the conference is constantly growing, so we are expecting over 200 participants during DrupalCamp 2014. Around 20 sessions are being planned, some of which in English.
In connection to the growing interest in Drupal Camp Wrocław as well as Drupal platform itself, we expanded the schedule of this year's conference. During this edition we're going to organize an extra day entirely devoted to workshops. Experienced developers will teach us how to use Drupal and how to configure basic modules to be able to build own websites with more than basic functionalities after the course. The workshop will take place on 16 May and will last about 5 hours. After the course you can get a written confirmation of the completion of the CMS Drupal training.
