The very backbone of Drupal is of course, community. Here in Ottawa we have a thriving community of developers and it’s about time we start to foster that sense of community Drupal was founded on.
OPIN is hosting the second Ottawa Drupal Meetup on May 6th with support from the Ottawa Drupal Association and Acquia. Whether you’re Dries Buyteart himself or just a part-time dabbler in the Drupal world, all are welcome. We intend to have a beer, share some knowledge, make friends, and by the end of the event hopefully learn something new.
This meetup will be all about Drupal 8. We are pleased to have Mike Gifford, Drupal Core maintainer and President of Open Concept Consulting share his experience with Drupal 8 development and offer a candid view on how the Ottawa Drupal community can join the effort.
