Hello all,
My name is Amulya. I'm a 2nd year student pursuing my degree in Bachelor of Science in India. I have beginner to intermediate level experience on working with Drupal.
During this summer, as part of Google Summer of Code program, my goal is to migrate drupalladder.org to Drupal 8. Every one in GSoC and GCI community realizes the importance of drupalladder.org. While using it we've also faced many difficulties with respect to its interface and others. So my goal is not just migration of this site to Drupal 8 but also to add some features to the newly built site and improve its look & feel.

Status so far:
Being in the 4th week of the program, I was able to migrate all the Users, Roles, Permissions, Ladders, Lessons, Comments from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8. I'm currently working on porting the features to this new site.
I'm still in the process of getting a server to host the development version. I'll soon update this post with a link to D8 version of this site.
