I did some work a while ago for Theatre Without Borders, a group of associated theatre artists promoting theatre and peace around the world.
The site I set up is very simple, Drupal 5 with no customisation (maybe some CSS hacks, but that's it).
Despite the accessibility of the site, the members of the group still have challenges understanding how to use it, and so requests will come through to change a block or a menu (maybe sometimes change a View...)
The group might have an honorarium if they put together a list of requests for some changes (a Drupal 6 upgrade?) but at this stage it's mostly simple, low-level help with month-to-month management.
I helped them for almost a year, but I've since moved and my new job has completely swamped me, so I've been completely unable to help them anymore.
Let me kow if you are interested, or know someone who might be - this is not high-level stuff, and is a great way for a beginner Drupal person to hone skills. It's also great for someone interested in theatre - some good folks are connected to this project.
