Greetings Fellow Drupalers,
The Nebraska Drupalers will be meeting the second Wednesday of September on the 10th, and we’re excited to talk all things Drupal and tech with you. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm and typically lasts about 90 minutes.
As always, everyone in the Drupal community is welcome. Whether you’re a Drupal pro, a beginner, or just interested in the CMS, everyone is invited to come hang out, talk shop, and eat pizza (Free, of course).
Compliance has always been important in the technology sector, but recently this topic has surged to the forefront of many. How do you create a compliant website solution for your clients? What steps do you have to take to ensure compliance? Your customer? Your hosting provider? How about the datacenter the final website is secured in? Who is responsible for what?
Jeff Hardy, the director of communications at Managed.com, will be presenting on “Compliance in the Cloud,” and explain how you can prepare for your customers’ compliance needs. Jeff has researched compliance extensively, spoken with experts in the field, and been invited to speak on the subject at international CMS conventions.
Jeff is excited to meet with the Nebraska Drupalers, and he’ll be available to answer any compliance-related questions you may have.
