We are trying to find a suitable venue for the Oxford Drupal Users' Group meet-ups.
A pub would do at a push, but it is often difficult to hear each other if there are more than a handful, and I know at least a handful of people interested in a meet-up.
So I have approached the Ethical Property Company on the Cowley Road. They have meeting space which is not usually available out of hours, but may well be flexible. They do charge however, so I'm wondering if there's a University or other educational facility that would offer us a room (and ideally wifi and projector) for a couple of hours once a month. Central location and proximity to pubs for a drink after are both strong factors.
So if anyone stumbles upon this and has any ideas, please do let us know.
I'm really looking forward to meeting people in Oxford to talk about Drupal, from complete beginners to core developers (if there are any around).
