"How to sell Agile"
We will share with you what we ‘ve learned from Drupal Con Amsterdam (https://amsterdam2014.drupal.org/) about selling Agile. We will mainly summarize the very interesting presentation “How to sell Agile” by Vesa Palmu (https://amsterdam2014.drupal.org/session/how-sell-agile), presented at the DrupalCon.
We will also share our experience as a team in adopting Agile in a few of our projects and discuss the issues we have confronted in the transition from waterfall. (E.g agile contracts, how we have managed to sell agile, to what customers, in what price, with which benefits etc.)
Our team is new and really excited about agile. Selling agile is the major prerequisite for working in an agile way!
