The Tennessee Board of Regents, Systems Office, is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers to assist with the planning, design and development of web projects at the TBR Systems Office on an as-needed basis. The TBR seeks an experienced proprietor, team or firm to be the TBR Systems Office go-to contractor for small to large web projects. These web projects may range from consultation on specific use cases, module development, theme development, workflow process development, debugging of existing systems, and custom development to full site architecture, migrations and project builds mostly in the Drupal content management system.
