Coldfront Labs is now offering public training courses! To help us "kick the tires" with our new training curriculum, we're offering a whole day of training for FREE (a 400$ value!). To reserve your spot, we're asking for a deposit upon registration which we'll refund to you when you sign-in for the day of the training.
In this introductory course, we'll cover the tools and techniques available to you right now to take advantage of modern HTML5 techniques in Drupal 7. We'll go over
- Creating an HTML5 compatible theme
- HTML5 Tools for Drupal
- SASS Development techniques (automated compilation, live reload)
At the end of the course, you'll have a fully enabled HTML5 Drupal site to take home and your own custom theme to build upon. This is the first in a series of trainings available to master Drupal, SASS and HTML5.
We recommend (but in no way require) that participants come with some knowledge of the following:
- Using Git for version control
- Basic CSS/HTML knowledge
- Using Drupal
There is free parking available both in the parking lot as well as on the street. We'll take a 45 minute break for lunch and a 15 minute morning and afternoon break as well.
