I've just created a wiki-page with a few links to online resource that have been very useful for me to turn things around.
Especially I would like to point you to the MOOC - Learning How to Learn - listed there. I enrolled in it just a few days ago and are can only say it is absolutely fantastic. Arguable one of the best resources I have ever seen to explain just how far science have come in understanding how the human brain works, how we learn and also keep a healthy mind.
Dr. Barbara Oakley and Dr. Terrence Sejnowski are absolutely amazing, they are just bubbling with enthusiasm and it is contagious too. Sometimes they seem like a kid left alone in the candy store and it's easy to see how, and why, they love sharing their experiences and knowledge with us.
Even though the course only indirectly touches mental health, just the first week gave me tons of insight to what I have been through. Instead it is about "how we learn" and how they explain it from the cognitive mind process too.
Warning! - Hurry up and enroll because it closes October 10 and right now I don't know when it will be available next time. Will update the wiki-page as soon as I find out though.
Help add more resources
I would also love to hear about online resources that you have found useful, how and why. That way we can share and discuss experiences while at the same time expand the list of helpful resources.
