We think that TinyLMS can lend itself very neatly to become a leading platform in creating learning communities centred around one or more individuals who are willing to share their wisdom and experience through a collection of online courses.
In fact, functionality currently available allows course managers to push courses to different groups of people within the same installation of TinyLMS - thus allowing for micro-communities within a larger learner community.
Take for instance a platform to learn about Investments. Although the broader scope is to learn about how to make money - there may be different vehicles to do so. Therefore there could be a community of learners focused on Real Estate, while another community of learners may be focused on the Stock Market and yet another one may be bitten by the gold bug and focus on Precious Metals - all within the same platform with each community having their very own specific set of courses.
This paradigm of creating micro-communities within a greater community of learners is also adapted to training of different teams within different corporate hierarchy structures - so you may have a team of sales individuals taking progressively in-depth courses about the sales lifecycle through a sales course pathway or you may have the marketing team taking e-learning courses within a marketing learning pathway to hone in on product marketing for example.
