When I was reading Robert's mail yesterday about the missing weekly reports here, I felt some embarrassment. Sorry, I just forgot this place absolutely. So here is the status report from the beginning of the project: (I'll create the weekly reports here regularly)

You can expect the following results of this SoC project in order:

Module exploration
- deadline: June 29th
- result: Chart and Requirements
- finished
- current result: Parser comparison, Module comparison, Requirements, Detailed requirements

Module design
- deadline: July 9th
- result: Detailed plans of redesign on SimpleFeed and a patchset of the planned structural modifications (no code, but skeleton)
- days before the deadline: 6
- current result: SimpleFeed current design, Design plans, a sample parser for the API (at the implementation)
Here a decision had done: SimpleFeed will be the project's base. The mentors of the project allowed/encouraged it.

Alpha release
- deadline: July 24th
- result: An extended SimpleFeed package what the users can install on their Drupal 5 site. Mostly architecture and parsing will be done.
- days before the deadline: 21
- current result: The modified Aggregation's parser

- deadline: August 7th
- result: A package what the users can install on their Drupal 5 site. Mostly feed management and UI will be done.

- result: The module/API has a detailed developer documentation (because it's an API), the next version of the module is released
