SatoshiPay.io just closed on a €360K seed round. SatoshiPay.io aims to enable small (penny-level) payments for content.
They have a working demo on their site which is simple enough. You set up a small web wallet, then fund it with a few satoshis. When you reach a content protected page, you can unlock content with a click and your web wallet is debited.

The ad-blocker detection can also be used in combination with content that needs to be paid by all readers or switched off completely.

Also, a new web browser (brave.com) from former Mozilla CEO aims to integrate "pay for content" which I believe is backed by Bitcoin.
