The future of Development in Liberia can be achieved by using what i termed "ALTERNATIVE TECHNOLOGY" otherwise known as Open Source Technology. I believe strongly that with the right mind and people willing to volunteer their time training others, Drupal can help shape the tech space in Liberia.
As a user of Drupal from version 6 till 8, i have seen the power of drupal. It can do anything. What limits is the mind and imagination.
