Drupal freelancers and smaller development shops can take advantage of more Agile methods for all stages of a project to ensure that they discover and deliver on the client's goals. An Agile approach to development requires a lot of communications and collaboration between the client and the developer, but our customers are often individuals or small businesses with very little time to spare. We'll explore some software tools and methods that can help us to get the most effective feedback at the right places in the development process.
