Navigation Requirements

• Main Navigation Menu at the top of every page with drop down menus to sub pages.
• Sub Navigation Menu will appear at the left of every main level page.
• Upon login, the member navigation will appear on the right side of the page with links for My Account and Log Out.
• A "Safe escape" icon will be along the side of the page that will rapidly leave the page. Implementation to be determined.

Roles

• Admin Grants access to assign roles, create, edit and delete users and full access to all aspects of site management.
• Gallery Editor Grants access to create, edit and delete images and galleries.
• Editor Grants access to create, edit and delete content
• Events Editor Grants access to create, edit and delete events
• Member/DonorGrants access to member/donor newsletter
• VolunteerGrants access to volunteer calendar and volunteer specific informational pages
• Q: Can we combine some of the editor functions or is there a customer requirement for separation of function?

Ecommerce Requirements

• Authnet?
• Pennywise will set aside some items in their stores and will list them on the site for sale. It will be a standard Ubercart install
• Q: What are the customer requirements? Shipping? Will Call? Multiple items/sizes/colors? Categories?

Hosting Requirements

• High volume/subscriber mailing list friendly - Define "high volume". Integrated with site or 3rd party email provider?
• 10k Unique visitors/day - How many authenticated users?
• Apache Solr search - What are the requirements that demand SOLR? Are other search strategies viable?
• Low response time - Quantify. For anonymous visitors or authenticated visitors also?
• > 5GB Storage for photo galleries.
