Start:
2008-05-13 06:50 US/Eastern - 2008-05-13 09:15 US/Eastern

The Maryland Group has been mighty quiet...
Would be great to meet Drupalers from Baltimore/Annapolis/Maryland area.

Beginners, intermediates, experts, and ninjas, all welcome.

I can set up a screen projector in my home, and order Indian Food from Tamber's. (My housemate works there, but no discount.;)

If we get a Baltimore group off the ground, we can try to organize future gatherings at local restaurants, if anyone has the time or inclination to do that.

I can accommodate up to 22 people.
Address:
3 4 4 3 G u i l f o r d T e r ,
Baltimore, MD 2 1 2 1 8
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=3443+Guilford+Terrace,+Baltimore,+MD+21218...

$8 donation if you eat, or sponsor welcome.

I will change the date if there turns out to be a DC meetup the same night. (That's why I'm posting to DC group, as well. Those seem to be happening mostly on Wednesdays, from what I can tell.)

I'll be fresh from Lullabot training, the week before.

I'm working on my first drupal site, and have another in the planning phases. The last week gets really busy with other business events in the evening, but I would love to plan for something on a regular basis maybe the 2nd or 3rd week of the month. Any day but Tuesday.

Hope I can make that

I'll be fresh from Lullabot training too. ;-) Looking forward to meeting you in Minneapolis. My week after workshops tends to be nutty so I can't tell if I'll be free on the 13th yet. Oh, and Indian food +1.

Lullabot loves you

not a bad idea

gimi37 - Thu, 2008-04-03 01:32

I'm new to Drupal, learning how to get the most out of it after an excellent Drupal/CiviCRM shop (Xykon) set us up. I'm in Charles Village so that May 13 date looks good to me. Tambers sounds good.

I'm NOT in

Abyrnes - Tue, 2008-05-13 01:41

I'm also new to Drupal, and I'd like to come to this meeting. BUT... i'm recovering from some kind of hideous cold/allergies. I'm going to stay home and get well! I hope to hear what happens at the meeting, and come to the next one.

Count me in

Does the meeting start at any particular time?

BTW, Tamber's sounds great. Thanks.

I know 6:50 is a weird time...

I know 6:50 is a weird time. Come later if you don't care about food. First half-hour will be meet/greet/eat, and second part (7:20-ish) will be Drupal lightning talks (though some food should still be available).

I'm setting up a screen projector, and may need help setting up a large screen.

It's a one-way street. Internet directions usually work, but will tend to drop you off halfway down the block. I'm the top-most row house on the Northeast side. Park on the street. Entrance to my house is off the alley.

Will be there!

We had a small but wonderful showing last night. Enjoyed spending time with usability/IA student Becca, psychiatrist Steve, and Lullabot Kent, and two non-drupaling, but interested friends, Elizabeth and Charles.

I can host every other month, on the 2nd Tuesday, and perhaps others can host/announce events in between.

I understand some folks showed up at my house tonight. Sorry for the confusion! If you're looking for something to do in Baltimore tonight, come to the Village Learning Place for a talk on biodynamic farming.
