We may have lost a little momentum... I wanted to spark it back up, and prep us for our first meeting next month :) (elsterama (hope the leg situation is better))
So, as we get ready for a real life meet-up, perhaps a bit of a roll-call here in the group forum. I was thinking:

- any talents, skills, knowledge you think you want to share with your new best friends :)
Or, pretty much anything about yourself that you want to share... figure this might allow us to hit the ground running... and swing open the doors of communication... I can smell the campfire now... (not really)

a little about yourself
- I live in Livermore, work in Hayward (not in tech... yet), I have a great wife and 2 awesome kids. my personal blog is www.langelife.com (Drupal6)
your drupal experince/knoweledge/dreams or desires
- I have been in my profession since high school, I like what I do, but I have come to love graphic design and web development... and Drupal... I want to make a career switch and hoping that through networking I will find the right option for me. I am tinkering with starting my own web development company www.webthingee.com (D5) and just completed a website for a relative www.gossfencing.com (D5) and will be starting work on a site for a pre-school in the near future. (so if you know of anyone looking for a drupaler...

- Currently a weekend warrior! And spending way too much time between 5pm and 1am!!!! during the week.
what you are interested in getting with this group
- Talking with humans about something I am intersted in... I love computers, this is a great community, and I want to get to know some other folks that share my interests. I am also hoping to learn from those with more experience, and share for those with less or different than myself.
any talents, skills, knowledge you think you want to share with your new best friends :)
- a pretty good eye and skill for design (adobe stuff), some basic flash/fireworks stuff, css, and I have made many many mistakes playing with Drupal that I might be able to save someone a few hours of headaches :P
