- logistics organizer - figure out hotels and directions for out-of-towners...any takers?
- we have Youngstown rented for Saturday evening after hours event, but what about Friday? Should we organize something?
- let's get into some details about talks versus break out sessions where small groups work together...how do we schedule this?
- what about registration? how do we know how many people are coming?
- start your PR engines - spread the word
- banners and signs - volunteer to figure this out?

I'm sorry to report that i can't make it this week due to out of town company.
I'd like to propose that we have a drupalcamp only planning meeting next week. I can host it at giraffe labs in pioneer square.

I won't be able to make it tomorrow either, so a planning session sometime next week sounds great.

I can meet the week of the 18th on Monday, Thursday, or Friday. Do any of those evenings work for folks? Folklife is next weekend as well (5/23 - 26). I'll be checking that out and would be happy to meet near by Seattle Center to break from the music anytime during the weekend.
Everybody interested in helping with DrupalCamp please chime in here. I know other folks can not make it to the meeting tonight, so I would prefer to hear from everybody about dates/times that work for you.

Hopefully I can make it tonight but we'll see, I'm having some serious allergy problems.
As far as a planning meeting, I'd really prefer to do it on a weekday if possible. Any afternoon next week works for me. I definitely want to be involved.

Where's Shinka Tea?
I have a meeting in Bothell from 3 to probably about 5 pm on 5/22 (to do a Drupal demo for a client of mine), so probably can't get anywhere downtown by 5 pm. Maybe not even by 6 pm, actually... I would like to help out with the Drupal Camp; sorry I couldn't make it to the regular group meeting this week (pretty busy last week and next week).
If you do set up a definite time for the planning meeting, can I suggest a new node on g.d.o, because the it will come through the RSS feeds...

I'm kind of thinking this might not be a bad idea, we'd have whiteboards and whatnot i assume too.

I've got to check in with folks down there and find out if the white boards have been procured.
we would certainly have butcher paper and markers and a projector though. I would be happy to go down there in the mid afternoon and make sure we get all set up an situated.
I can't work too late though, i'd recommend 5 to 7 for meeting, and figure i could be there by 3 if anyone was able to get there earlier to start working on things.
