maybe change the "L" in all available logo's to lowercase "l".

Unless we're looking at something different... there is just one post of these, right?
I believe they are all lowercase. Notice the drupal logo at the top of your screen.
Lowercase L
The only "l" in the logo is the one that is the last letter of the word "Drupal." However, it is also an "i" for the word "indy." Does that answer the concern?

The raised "ndy" makes the l/i look much less disjointed in my opinion. My vote is definitely number 5.
