Volunteers needed for planning & preparing for the barn-raising
* DramHost configuration, D7 core, contrib modules, theme files, & Drush
* Work breakdown & module wrangler (WebEnabled Sandbox http://sgs.dev3.webenabled.net/ )
* Finding sponsors & food budget planning
* Food arrangements & pickup
* D7 Paypal API for Donate links & shopping cart links

Overview of volunteers needed for SATURDAY barn-raising sprint
* 2 people for pickup & delivery of Coffee and snacks by 9AM.
* 3 people for facility opening, signs, and setup. 8AM-9AM
* 1 person for introductions, agenda overview, Q&A. 9:00-9:30AM
* 6-7 teams, each with at least one experienced Drupalista, an assistant, a note taker, plus any observers
** 3-4 teams to focus on configuring Drupal for content areas. SGS content experts will be assigned to one or more teams to import website content.
** 1 team to focus on infrastructure, permissions, and needed modules or files
** 1 team to focus on theming
** 1 team to support the Drupal Kata videography, screen capture and documentation.
* 1 Drupal generalists to circulate and provide technical assistance to teams
* 2 information architects familiar with the SGS requirements and specifications to coordinate and lead the barn-raising
* 2 people for lunch pickup and setup.
* 2 people for preparing afternoon beverages & refreshments.
* 1 person for wrapup of days activities & reminder of Sunday events 4:45PM
* 2 people for cleanup and security sweep. 5PM-5:30PM

Overview of volunteers needed for SUNDAY barn-raising training & documentation
* 2 people for pickup & delivery of Coffee and Snacks by 9:30AM.
* 3 people for facility opening, signs and setup. 9AM-9:30AM
* 1 person for introductions, Saturday wrapup, agenda overview, Q&A. 9:30-10:00AM
* 2 people to demonstrate SGS Drupal site installation on LAMP using a sandbox, and provide resources for MAMP, DAMP, and WAMP installations.
* 2 people present review of Saturday sprint and what is missing
* 2-3 people per track plus SGS/SeaDUG trainees
** SGS website completion of crucial functions that were left incomplete
** SGS website documentation for users
** SGS website documentation & training for contributors & editors (complete content)
** SGS website documentation & training for administrators (user roles, backup, updates, etc.)
** Drupal Kata production completion (eric_sea in lead)
* 2 people for lunch pickup & setup.
* 2 people for wrangling afternoon beverages & refreshments.
* 1 person to wrapping up Sunday events, giving thanks and providing followup resources. 4:15PM
* 2 people for final cleanup and security sweep. 4:30PM-5PM
