Update Los Angeles group manager

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi folks. If you're not a group or site admin for groups.drupal.org then feel free to ignore this post.

I'm asking for the GDO titans to help me shift my account into the role of the GDO/los-angeles manager. I have emailed our current online GDO manager a few times this year and have seen any movement towards this. I know the gentleman is extremely busy as others have told me this as well. When I last met JPklein (current GDO/LA manager) he was very happy and excited to see how the group was strong and released management of the group to me. So, I need some help to make this happen on GDO, please.

Who can I ask to hook us up with a GDO alias, like gdo/la and/or losangeles without a hyphen?

Joel- Thanks for looking into. I think having an alias would help people remember how to find us - we're really working hard on retention and anything to make it easier is good. Obviously not a huge problem for advanced users/developers... but always good for the N00bs

groups.drupal.org/LA - would be the best. I suspect NY would like an NY alias as well.
