i too would be interested in meeting up with some fellow so. cal drupallers - doesn't look like there's been a whole lot of activity here - are there any plans for a get together? i'm in the greater la area but would be flexible to meet wherever and whenever.
i'm very interested in connecting with others who have some interest in media, arts, and music. this post may (or may not) give you a better idea of my drupual related goals and interests:

Interested....
I'm interested in meeting other drupal developers in the LA area. I'm checking in from orange county, but I'm not a real believer in the curtain so I'm up for anything in LA but I don't know it as well.

Once we start it up
Once we start it up, I think more people will come out of the woodwork. There are definitely tons of social/networking groups in LA and SoCal - I'm sure there are a LOT more Drupallers in the area that are unaware of this group.
So we have at least 4 people that are into meeting? Is that enough? I'm open for suggestions in terms of when and where to meet. I'd throw out the Farmer's Market as a good place to meet in the Greater LA area - http://www.farmersmarketla.com/index.html
