  • start organising catering/food for the camp
  • confirm plan for translation of sessions
  • update on sponsorships (BTW, I can now confirm that Koumbit is on-board at the $1400 / Platinum level ... please add us to the site ASAP BTW)

Hello everyone, please correct or supplement as you see fit.

Minutes

  • Promo: Work underway to get access to last year's mailing list.
  • Sponsorship: larger named rooms no longer on offer. Limits: 6 Plat/9 Gold/ Silver Unlimited.
  • Parties: Sat booked at $800.00. Friday needs to be sorted: Louis-Eric do you have any ideas? Old Port Disco? Crescent Street?
  • Sessions: To be closed on August 30th.
  • Volunteer Coordinator: Ryan Weal (with focus on Friday).
  • Food: Confirm 1 day with Lebonese caterer, with a possible 2nd. Wait a week or so to make final decision about day 2.
  • Videos: Omar to be contact in Andrew's stead.
  • Shirts: design needed: Koumbit? Antoine? Any one else interested?
  • Keynote Speakers/Special Guests: flights, lodging - status unknown - Matt, can you please provide an update?
  • Name Tags: To be folding and awesome - Suzanne to design, someone else to fold.
  • Stickers: wait a week or two before deciding.
  • i18n: Code sprint shirts which double as translator shirts for camp? Omar to get another quote for headsets. Andrew to see if simulcast is a possibility.
