This will be the 2nd planning session for what could be a new site/profile for the Drupal Dojo. We'll pick it up where we left off and plot a course for the next week. These are a few items we'll cover:
Development environment
BlakeLucchesi (http://groups.drupal.org/user/3107) has begun putting up the new dojo site on a development environment. We'll go over over that in more detail.
Planning, setup and configuration
What's happened and what needs to be done? Do we have a coherent document that includes actors (and audiences), primary use cases, feature requirements, modules, content type with fields, user profile fields, primary menu items and categories, views, roles, menus, blocks.
Priority features
Discuss any progress on the priority features and how we're planning on building them out.
Production, Curriculum, and training
How are we capturing and documenting the experience. Interfacing with the Dojo and other learning groups.
Team
The current list of people involved is here and we're still looking for some mentors and apprentices.
We'll converse in the #drupal-dojo irc room and may also jump on Dimdim (http://www.dimdim.com/). Hope to see you there!

Session notes
We ended up chatting in #drupal-dojo, so all the convo is here - http://www.disobey.com/bot/log/drupal-dojo/2008-11-25
Most of the session was devoted to laying the foundation for lesson/session submission and workflow. I pulled together related notes from the discussion and related issues and incorporated them into this wiki - http://groups.drupal.org/node/16874
We left off still trying to address some key issues such regarding lesson or session types (such as what is demo vs. tutorial; where do workshops or sprints fit in); Also need to figure out how to tie together related content or multiple sessions (the development of this site is a good example).
Relating to this would is the whole issue of aggregating/recommending learning materials from other sites http://groups.drupal.org/node/9643; AND if there's a solution out there we should take a look at uploading and distributing media from the site - http://groups.drupal.org/node/16846
We'll keep posting progress as we go - if anyone else would like to be involved (really could use a great project manager type), please chime in.
