  • Video: automated system to be used. No fees will be incurred.
  • Code Sprint: alternate facilities - McGill still a possibility. Awaiting word. Notman otherwise with EW as a backup.
  • Schedule adjustments: Decided. Suzanne to inform speaker.
  • Stickers: ordered.
  • Budget update: postponed due to lack of wifi.
  • Sponsor update: IWeb seeks platinum sponsorship w/o presentation in return for a few admissions. Done, contingent on a signed agreement with IWeb.
  • Task List: review postponed
  • Speaker's Dinner: base guest list created. Suzanne and Matt to invite.
  • Volunteers: discussion postponed.
  • Promotion: final promo blitz underway. EW to send email/post on g.d.o.. Andrew to contact a few more press people. Koumbit to look at spreading the word via mailing lists.
  • Lanyards: Suzanne to purcahes.
  • Coffee: Andrew to look at purchasing an urn. Omar to order coffee.
  • Wifi: Andrew to request 300+ guest accounts.
