- Sponsor benefits discussion (10 minutes)
- COD, payment system, website discussion (15 minutes)
- Review the project plan/Gantt chart together, build it out INCLUDING DATES (20-30 minutes)
- PR/Marketing update from Amy
- Fill volunteer slots from the organizers in the room (10 minutes)
- Immediate next actions for between now and October 15th (remainder of the time)
Meeting will start at 6:30pm and will be hosted at DPCI, located at:
