I know the Chapter Three folks did some work on this site, and it turned out terrific. Not just from a web design and usability standpoint, but it's a very easy cause to support.

I started a Drupal Lending Team (http://www.kiva.org/team/drupal) - which basically is not different from individual lending - you just get to tag each loan with a team affiliation. I figured its a partly Drupal site and Drupal people are generally generous community-oriented folk anyway, so feel free to join up!
