Coral Gables and Cape coral
I hang out around the sunset place area during the week, and Cape Coral for the weekend. Got a couple of e-commerce sites going on and I'm learning by trial and error. Would be great to meet other drupalites in the area or anywhere in between.

well, maybe not in palmetto bay...
J - maybe our offices aren't the best place for an initial meetup: we're pretty far south in a secure office park, so it would be tough getting you guys in here on a weekend. Plus, they shut off the AC on the weekends :-)
We're probably better off saving our campus for an off-site or some sort of event later on.
I'd suggest we do our first meetup somewhere in the Gables or along Rte 1 in South Miami.
Any suggestions?

Meetup: 7/17 7PM Books and Books in the Gables
Alright - let's put a stake in the ground and set a first meetup date and venue for the Miami folks.
I've contacted Books and Books in the Gables, and they sound happy to have us there. If you don't know the place, it's a pretty bohemian bookstore with book signings, art openings, and other events happening all the time.
I'm working on getting a big table for us to be able to spread out. I can bring a laptop with CDMA wireless if anyone wants to pull up some of their work.
