We will have a different meeting for planning Drupal Camp. If you have any questions about the camp you can ask some organizers at this meeting but camp planning will be on a different day.

Salut,

Je peux faire un démo du nouveau système "Configuration Management" dans D8. Je peux présenter un module exemple que j'ai écrit pour ça (http://drupal.org/node/1615520).

Aussi, je peux vous présenter comment j'écris des tests automatisés pour le upgrade path.

Laissez-moi savoir si ça vous intéresse et je pourrai préparer une démo de 10 min.

We are considering "configuration management" as the topic for the next code sprint. The sprint will be the same weekend as Drupal Camp.

If you know any Drupal7 modules which will help achieve the same idea I would like to know what you recommend.

The closest thing I know of in D7 is features, but config management is way ahead of that: configuration gets pushed to your files automatically, no "feature recreate" needed. An intro can be found on this blog post (which has some obsolete info, but the basic idea is there). I'd be interested in the sprint as well if I can make some free time!

I would like to do a little demo of Gearman and the Gearman Integration module for which I updated the D7 port (only available in the git repository at this time).
Unfortunately, I'm sure I will not be able to find the time to prepare anything, so it will be completely unstructured. Or I could keep it for later (not sure when).
