What level of transparency is necessary/appropriate for camps?
Which camps have done a great job of being open about how they were financed?

I don't mind throwing in a few more thoughts...
It seems to me that it would have to depend on each camp and how they are organized. Like most, there probably isn't any legal structure or requirement to disclose anything.
Since there almost always will be someone who disagrees with what an organizer chooses to do with the money, I can see that being enough to keep things discreet.
With that said, I agree that in general there should be some degree of transparency.
