any individual sponsorship like last time
Would there be any Individual sponsorship this time like last camp?
There will be individual sponsorships as well
Same as last year tentative cost $50
"In addition to getting admission, by buying this ticket you will fully cover your costs for the event and help us make sure it's a success and something we can repeat in the future. Your name will be listed on the Drupalcamp web site as an individual sponsor."

We need to form committees to organize the Friday training/summit day and maybe a logistics & finanace committee.
If you want to volunteer for any of these, leave a comment below.
Sponsor and Program
Glad to volunteer with each of these committees.

Thanks
Rough budget for DrupalCamp NJ 2013
We anticipate (conservatively) $3k in ticket sales for Feb 2nd (150 tickets at $20 ea)
We are also adding training and summits on Feb 1st, and anticipate $3k in sales that day (75 tickets at least $40 ea).
Princeton University is providing the venue again at modest cost (~$1k for tables, setup, and cleaning for 2 days).
Blink reaction is donating the website hosting.
Biggest expense is food & coffee. Budgeting approx $2.5k for Feb 1, $4k for Feb 2nd, $0.5k for Feb 3rd.
Printing was donated last year as an in-kind sponsorship, but assume approx $1k if not.
Leaving aside swag and after-party (which we can decide on as we see how sponsorship goes), the total cost is approx $9k, against $6k in tickets.
This means we will want to raise a minimum of $3k in sponsorships, or more like $6 - 9k if we want to include swag and an after-party.
I Would Like To Help
I can help with logistics and programming but the caveat is I definitely want to go to sessions. I'm a newbie to Drupal so I'll be particularly interested in the Beginner sessions though when I went to DrupalCamp CT I got a little adventurous and went to one of the intermediate sessions.
Also, I work in the meeting and event industry so conferences aren't anything new to me. And I'm much older than you probably think I'm. I'll be at the October 11th meeting.
