the trivia-plus factor

This week has been my first encounter with Drupal co-work. I now realize that a fine side-effect of co-work events is learning things that have nothing to do with Drupal, like:

Andrew has a great weird-barbie website (terrorist barbie, etc) and
Catherine has a great blog: lots of amusing stuff in there..

I had no idea how much comedy was going on until now. I thought everyone was seriously coding.

Haha, thanks! I'm glad you

Haha, thanks! I'm glad you found it entertaining.

Yeah, I thought it was cool. It's a great space, and has had me wondering if there's anything I can come up with to have there. :)

Well, I'm as new to co-working as I am to Drupal, but I'd call this co-work event a success!

Thanks so much, Scott for hosting us. And thanks to everyone who attended, for their ideas and good company.

The projector is an especially nice feature for a co-work space. And if we do another event there, I guess we could polish procedures so there's ample time for everyone who wants to do a show-and-tell and get advice. I felt that, as an early bird, my project tied up the screen too long at the beginning while we tackled thorny issues. So I'm glad more people hooked up to the projector as time went on.

I learned just enough about what people were working on to want to know more next time. A lot of interesting projects going on...

Thanks everyone especially
