Hey, folks. I won't be there tonight, but I've updated the wiki page with my progress since our last meeting. In brief:
* Notman is booked for the code sprint (Fri & Sun) for a minimum donation of $100
* Pearson and Pantheon are shipping us door prizes, so we should have enough
* Koumbit confirms it can provide the requested $500 sponsorship

Hello everyone,

Here are my minutes from Thursday's meeting. Feel free to add to or correct them as you see fit.

Minutes

  • keynote: amitai booked - need to book B and B - Matt? Sounds like it will be OG.
  • Sprint: Notman booked for code sprint: $100. Gabor cannot attend. Fri/Sat. Open sprint with possible focusses on i18n, accessibility and OG. Andrew to ask Mike if he wants to lead accessibility. Matt to unbook Sunday.
  • Door prizes: Pantheon, Pearson, VPS.net
  • Sponsorships: Koumbit - $500 - guillaumne to ask them to choose one of the existing packages
  • Website: Will go live tomorrow if no showstoppers. Andrew and Guillaume to write posts about tickets, sessions as well as General annual Meeting session. Omar to write announcments on g.d.o and agenda du libre.
  • Budget: the treasurer needs to move forward with this ASAP.
  • Schedule: details added to WIKI
