Drupaler Needed for Church Website

My church pastor recently approached me about the need to expand the church ministry through the Internet. He wants to reach out to people through the internet (streaming online sermon, podcast, etc...). He wants a dynamic multimedia church website. He has asked me to come up with a price quote and also he needs it ASAP. I know very well that Drupal will be the best choice for such project considering the requirements listed below. I'm a newbabe when it comes to Drupal. Here is the Deal! I want an individual(s) or group that can take up this project, come up with a price quote, get back to me ASAP either here or using the contact form. I in return will work with you as an intern. I'm not good enough to themify a pre-existing design or create a completely new theme or module. I'm not a graphic designer. I can install and configure Drupal and various module configurations. Requirements or what the site needs

• Ministries or Groups - example - Children Ministry, Women or Men Ministry
• Prayer room - a place to post prayer requests, as well as follow-up
• Classifieds - An area where people can share abilities, stuff, or other things they can offer to other church members
• User blogs / journals - Allow members (with the proper role) to blog about their faith, their journey, and their devotional journals
• Service Times - Post standard service times along with special events.
• Event planning
• Life Stream - The ability to include a pastor’s blog including the ability to aggregate other streams such as twitter, facbook, etc.
• Sermons - might include various media including video, audio, sermon notes, keywords and even bible references
• Ask the pastor - Seeking an answer to a question? The Ask the Pastor is a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) engine.
• Newsletter - Cater for various types of subscription such as HTML, Plain Text, SMS Headlines, Events, etc.
• Multimedia publishing
• Address
• Staff directory -View of staff, and contact information
• Online giving - Include the ability to enable people to make tithe and make donations to the church or its related activities.
• Metrics - Be able to track church's attendance, giving, salvation's, and other things they should be able to track via their site.
• Analytics - Knowing where your visitors come from and what they are looking at helps churches identify successful elements of their web site.
