Features are the next phase in Drupal development, they help you work better as a team, keep changes in version control and re-use your developments from project to project. In short, they rock and you need to understand why. In this short talk, I will cover the basics of features, why that rocks, what that means for you, the developer, and show you a site we recently completed using features.
