Quick note

There is a small bug in the 6.x-1.12 release for new installs. Run boost_update_6120 with a new install for temp fix or the latest dev has the fix.

15 minutes possible?

Last DUG meeting I discussed my early perceptions of Forum & Advanced modules. I'm working on a comparison of these Drupal forums and systems like phpbb and IPS, and would like to run through a few of the more advanced features to see if anyone has suggestions on how to implement on Drupal with contrib modules.

Thanks!
Doug

If that Roll a Patch demo is me, let's take that off the agenda. I'll be covering that (I think) in my Drupal Summit talk in (gasp! better prepare) a week or so.

Looking forward to hearing Doug's impressions of forum modules!

It's not you. RockSoup is leading the cause, and i think ksenzee is helping? We were chatting about it at lunch on Monday.

November meeting, Drupal intro?

vedawms - Thu, 2009-10-15 19:12

I'm a Drupal newbie -- very, in fact. I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to chat at the next meeting (not this week's) about general Drupal concepts and also about non-profit module offerings. I'm also interested in Salesforce integration, if you've got someone who could chat about that.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Thanks!

Come on down Veda! Any number of us can talk with you about Drupal, nonprofit needs, and Salesforce. Our meeting is fairly full of presentations this time. Plan to hang around after the meeting, when we head down for food and drink. That will be the best time for conversation.
