Peer Review
How about a Drupal peer review system for moderation of papers and proposals? We could have authorized users comment and vote on pending submissions - and let's integrate with the workflow module. Would anyone else find this module very useful?

Peer review module would be great topic of discussion. The conference module supposedly provides some of this functionality but generalizing it so that it could be used by other modules (such as ejournal) would be great. Another way to implement this functionality is using Actions and Workflow - except it doesn't provide the right level of anonymity.
