Maryland Drupal Meetup on Friday, October 23 @ 7pm

Everyone,

We will have our first meetup Friday the 23rd at 7pm at PMG's office in Columbia. We will have access to our break room with a projector, screen, whiteboards, and wifi.

As for a tentative agenda, let's plan on officially starting in with presentations/talks at 7:30. Talks could be about how you are currently using Drupal, what cool module you are building for Drupal, or any other Drupal related stuff! If you are interested in presenting, let us know in the comments below or just come prepared to the meetup to talk. In the meantime, I am going to reach out and see if I can sucker anyone else into coming and presenting. Maybe about the latest DrupalCon in Paris. :)

Ron Williams is going to present some really *cool* views work with node customizations that will help you build a b-e-a-utiful Drupal site. He will also discuss using the Gigya Social module to add twitter/facebook login functionality to your site. Thanks Ron!

Wow, this is so close to me, I'd love to come, but I am heading out of the country again that day. :-/ Hopefully I can make the next meeting. Glad to see something firing up right around the corner. :-)

Never fails, I find out about this 2 weeks after it occurs.

Is this a semi-regular type group or was this a one-shot meeting? I'd love to participate in something like this on a regular basis.

The event will be held monthly. I can't remember the date we selected next, but it will be in early to mid December.

Groups.drupal.org is a part of the drupal.org group of sites. Logging in on this site requires an account on the main drupal.org site. If you do not have an account on drupal.org, you will need to create one, log in over there, and then come back here where you should automatically be logged in.
