Volunteers needed for the Camp!

Hey folks,

We need some volunteers for this years camp, to help with reception and during sessions. Volunteering is a great chance to meet other drupallers and increase your networking opportunities at Drupal Camp Montreal, not to mention getting some rep.

If you're interested, please respond to this post or send me an e-mail (sofian(at)koumbit.org) with your contact info, name, what you're interested in doing, and when you're available over the weekend. Here are the places we most need volunteers:

1. Reception - meet, greet and sign-up new arrivals
2. Sessions - we need people to be on hand during sessions to be available to facilitate communication or in case the person leading the session needs some backup. If you want to help out but don't want to miss a single session, this is right for you.
3. Lunch - we may need folks around during lunch to help out with crowd-control or serving.
4. Setting up and tearing down - if you're into helping us set up the rooms or get everything out of there on sunday evening.
