Agaric Design Collective wants to help out with the finishing touches on Boston IMC's new Drupal site (it's been done ably without us) and we've started playing around with making install profiles, so we hope to put the two together--- the Boston and some other folks would like to put together a coding/configuring weekend or day to hammer out all parts of using Drupal for a bunch of IMCs.

I've got a profile called "imc" that I was about to commit to cvs.drupal.org.. (unless someone has a better name idea..) Hopefully we could setup the profile with a number of co-maintainers.

Some IMCs are already switching over to Drupal, and there are currently several projects to
make a very user-friendly install experience for a video-focused Drupal setup.

More broadly, there is also currently an effort to clearly document,
create a 'profile,' and otherwise make it as easy as possible for local
IMCs to switch to a customized IMCDrupal if they so desire. For more
