Introductions and Welcome New Members

Presentations
Demo of Drupal 7 by David Wheeler.
Demonstrating the new features of Drupal 7 first on a plain vanilla install then on a site with more features. After presentation, we can explore any other features not covered.

Mentoring each other on Drupal issues
A chance for new people and experienced people to ask questions about their Drupal experiences

Favorite Modules
We go around the room and ask everyone for a favorite pick for a module.

Yeah, absolutely. What day would be best? I'd do better later in the month, as my wife and I are expecting a baby any day now... however, I can get the room for anytime that's good for the group (even if I can't stay).

Looking forward to seeing D7.

Hi there-

I have just moved to Pittsburgh and am very interested in joining the DUG... I hosted the first one in Hong Kong, and have attended a few in NYC.

I would be able to make it if it were on Friday. Drupal 7 looks awesome... I'd love to see your demo.

Welcome. Is Friday the only day you can make it in general? Or, are you able to make it other nights depending on the week?

Thanks for the response! This month is crazy with travel... The 13th and 14th are the closest dates to the 11th I could make. I am also available 17th-25th...

This will be my first drupal meetup

I'm a game developer who has been moving into web development, I've been using drupal for a while now and our company has embraced the platform as our long term site framework for a web based 3D game engine. This will be my first drupal meetup though, so I'm excited to come down and meet some of the local drupal developers in the Pittsburgh area. I'm free until the 25th of this month for the meet up.
