1st Floor
An informal gathering of developers, administrators and anyone else with a Drupal project that needs some work. No topics, speakers or agendas, just you, your laptop and the comforting company of other Drupal users diligently working, socializing and having their questions answered.
Meeting Place: On the map above, the Primary (Red Star) is I believe the best place, but depending on use and furniture the Secondary (Blue Star) may also happen and as a third place, we can retreat to the Cafe. Signs will be put of to mark the way.
Nearest T Station: Kendall Square (Red Line)
Parking: "With determination and fortitude, It is possible to find free legal parking in the Kendall Square area in the evening, often along Memorial Drive. Keep a sharp eye out for people walking toward cars with keys in their hands.
For the less determined ( or less frugal ? ), the nearest pay lots are behind the Technology Square buildings. When I did a Google Maps search on "cambridge mass mit stata" and then a seach nearby query with "parking", four lots popped up within a couple hundred yards north or east of the Stata facility." Concerning parking...
As far as I remember, many of the MIT parking lots close to the Stata Center are open to the general public after 4pm. I don't think people will find too many problems to park their cars around MIT at the end of the day...

MIT seems to like to move their furniture about, so I marked three areas as meeting spots (Primary, Secondary, and a just-in-case).
I'll be putting up signs and also should have a large Druplicon at the final meeting place.

Too bad I missed this one. I look forward to the next group meeting. My memory of the Other Side Cafe is that it's a bit loud, but that was some time ago.
