The update is that we possibly have a location, and an increasing number of people interested in doing presentations.
Having seen the NW group doing a charity sprint recently, I was wondering if we could try the same, as a sort of trial run, and also to see if it gets more people out of the woodwork!

Is there a set date for the camp/sprint? or least a possible date?

I figured we'd do a charity sprint reasonably soon, whereas the camp will take longer to organize.

I think rather than just asking if people are interested, perhaps you should get a proposal (rough draft) together and present it here. This will make it easy and encourage others if they want to participate or not, as well as getting the ball rolling.
Also, is there a local charity you have in mind that will be interested?
